Quick services – Web Site Usability Audit

What is your web site supposed to be doing for you? It might be all about generating active e-commerce, or providing product exposure, or establishing expertise. Is it doing what it’s supposed to do as well as it can?

You can maximize your investment with a Usability Site Audit.

How is a Usability Site Audit performed?

We’ll systematically look at your site, try it out, put it through its paces, and tell you what (if anything) is causing usability problems for your visitors.

What’s included in an audit?

We’ll provide you with a brief-yet-comprehensive Usability Evaluation Report which identifies the specific usability issues within your site. The report includes both a Site Usability Summary, as well as our recommendations for Usability improvements.

Please understand that we won’t redesign your site for you. But we will give you enough information so that you will clearly understand what needs to be done - and we’ll base our recommendations on what software programs and technology your web site staff is currently using.

We’ll also work with you for a total of up to four hours' consulting time before, during and after the audit. We can usually provide a report within two weeks of acceptance of our contract and project initiation.

What's the cost of an audit?

This sample explanation of an audit is based on analysis of a small web site, consisting of 20 pages or less. Our minimum charge is $500; after we examine your site, we will provide you an exact price quotation.
